Hotel Kyriad Cap Sud - Avignon

The location is unbeatable, 1 km from Piazza del Duomo. Make sure to get triple room with bathroom. The staff are very amiable and really care about the guests.

The staff was really helpful and very very helpful and the place was clean. The room was good sized and tastefully decorated, also it had smoke detectors. The breakfast was large, had a fine stay out of town. No complains at all, we loved this accommodation and recommend.

The venue was clean, the staff were wonderful, and its location in the city center was fantastic.

First two days of four day stay there were cleaning issues and the room probably would not had been cleaned at all if it had not been brought to the attention of staff on the Sunday. Beds old and uncomfortable. Not in a quiet location as described. Close to a busy road. Air-con leaked a lot of water onto the top of the wardrobe. Very poor room lighting.

Staff friendly and ready to help, to the last minute of their service hours (we arrived after 22h00). First room we obtained smelled sigificantly of cigarrettes - even though the entire hotel is non- smoking (congratulations for non-thinking then to a guest who was responsible for that, really, ugh!). We reported that and were instantly moved to another, smell-neutral, comfortable room (good that there was one free to swap at the time...) Very clean bed linen, clean bathroom - the sort where you are not afraid to put your stuff on the shelves... Very nice surprise - electric kettle! And a couple of tea bags. Especially that we were really eager to have the kettle /to boil water for our baby daughter/ but were aware it is extremely rare in the hotels.

The only way in which you can keep your window open allows sb from utside to reach through the gap with an arm and turn the knob to open your door... There is an outside staircase to floor 1, that is based on the ground between the ground zero wall on the one side and a hedge on the other in such a way that the resulting passages for people are drastically narrow, especially those carrying luggage, imagine :) (don't know how it fits into safety regulations, indeed).

Clean rooms, helpful staff, convenient location for Avignon trips. Good value breakfast, secure parking. Recently renovated with modern decor. Enjoyed the menu and possibility of future pool. Very enjoyable stay.

We were driving to Nice from Geneva. This was a perfect stopover - close to the autoroute, but time enough to see some sights of Avignon. Rooms clean - particularly the bathrooms. Free wifi very welcome. thanks!

The location here is fantastic, near the council. the staff is quick and friendly, always with a smile.

The room was very clean and air-conditioned with a comfortable bed. The tea and coffee making facilities were an added bonus. It is well placed on the southern side of Avignon approx. 30km from Fontaine De la Vaucuse and Isle de la Sorge. A good breakfast is available and secure parking is provided. The Wifi connection was reliable.

For a 2 star hotel it was excellent value for money. The staff could not have more helpful. Breakfast (croissant & bread) was always fresh and decent coffee. Room was cleaned every day and towels changed daily also. Very impressed

our stay at kyriad in avignon was absolutely delightful. their staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our romantic trip memorable. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the historic old town and its attractions. we loved the free park and ride service provided by the city council. overall, kyriad exceeded our expectations in every way.
